SHIPPING TIME AND POLICY

Orders within Cairo & Giza: delivered within 3 business days after shipping.
Orders to other governorates: delivered within 3–5 business days.
Customers can open and try the order in the presence of the courier.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or mismatch, the customer pays no shipping fees, and a replacement will be arranged.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

If the customer receives the correct item (size/color as confirmed) but wishes to exchange for another size/color:
Product photos are required to confirm it’s in its original condition.
Exchange order will be created, and the customer pays 60 EGP shipping fee.
If the customer receives an incorrect size/color or the item has a manufacturing defect:
Product photos will be requested.
Exchange will be processed free of charge.
If the customer received the order without inspection and requests a return:
Product photos are required.
Exchanges are allowed for pants, t-shirts, and outerwear, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
