• Orders within Cairo & Giza: delivered within 3 business days after shipping.
• Orders to other governorates: delivered within 3–5 business days.
  
• Customers can open and try the order in the presence of the courier.
  
• If the product has a manufacturing defect or mismatch, the customer pays no shipping fees, and a replacement will be arranged.
  

• If the customer receives the correct item (size/color as confirmed) but wishes to exchange for another size/color:
  
• Product photos are required to confirm it’s in its original condition.
  
• Exchange order will be created, and the customer pays 60 EGP shipping fee.
  
• If the customer receives an incorrect size/color or the item has a manufacturing defect:
  
• Product photos will be requested.
  
• Exchange will be processed free of charge.
  
• If the customer received the order without inspection and requests a return:

• Exchanges are allowed for pants, t-shirts, and outerwear, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
